Moggumung Seminyak (목구멍 스미냑점)

“Moggumung is easily one of the best option for korean bbq in Bali! Their pork selection tastes great. Ordered the Best 4 (pork jowl, skin-on samgyeopsal, and forgot some other parts) :) We got them grilled, alongside with the kimchi. Gyeranjjim also didn't fail. We also tried the bibim naengmyeon (spicy cold noodle) and we absolutely loved it! Banchan (side dishes) are quite simple - beansprout, kimchi, pa-kimchi (green onion kimchi) The place was quite full when we arrived, and there was a small line after us. Parking spots are quite spacious for Bali size (we went to the Seminyak branch). Also, don't forget to get complimentary ice cream after your meal! Definitely will come back”

“Had our last dinner in Bali here before flying back to Jakarta. Something about pre-flights dinners just hits different…. Like you’re tired but also just grateful to coming home full ((literally) :) Not even exaggerating, but everything just hit differently that night. Maybe it was the ‘almost going home’ feeling, i was tired in the best way… but the food felt extra comforting. Cold noodles, rose tteokbokki, grilled meat, all the little side dishes.. simple, but exactly what i needed. The service was also really nice. The bli-blis were very helpful and even assisted with cooking the meat, which made the experience more enjoyable. All the staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, a very satisfying meal and a perfect way to end the trip. Would definitely come back! If you’re looking for comfort food after or before hitting beach clubs, definitely come here lol”

“The quality of the meat was great; really nice with the kimchi and side dishes. However, the kimchi fried rice and spicy cold noodles were quite bland. Something felt missing. The kimchi fried rice didn’t taste like kimchi at all and was more buttery and oily from the meat. The cold noodles were spicy (not too much), but again lacked depth more like noodles mixed with spicy sauce. I was expecting a bit of sourness, but there wasn’t any. It’s a very busy place, so if you’re planning to go, make sure to book in advance or go early. Overall, not bad if you’re craving Korean food, especially Korean BBQ.”

“Moggumung in Seminyak was such a lovely experience. The staff were genuinely sweet, accommodating, and super friendly. The place gets packed with people queuing, so I’d highly recommend booking in advance. Menu-wise, there are lots of different pork cuts to choose from, but for beef it was mainly ribs—I do wish there were more beef options. That said, portions are very generous and great value. One small note: I was sick that day so smells felt extra strong for me, and I think slightly stronger ventilation would make the dining experience even better. Overall, still a great spot with amazing service!”
