“A lot of food options to choose from. Place was huge. Tables were spaced out well. The staff were friendly and quick to help with any requests such as clearing of plates and topping up of the soup. Highly recommend the Mala soup.”

“We are having dinner around 9:30pm on Sunday (12/4/2026) and were interrupted halfway around 10:30pm saying our dining time has ended. Its clearly stated the dining time is 120 hours but the cashier insist the dining hour for 2 pax is only 60 min. There’s no explanation when we first enter. To confirm, we checked again with the cashier. She told us that its not written anywhere but indicated in the system. This doesnt make any sense. How do we know that the limit time is only 60 min for 2 pax if its not stated anywhere? The cashier attitude is another thing. We’re clearly not aware of the 60 min timing so we go check with her. She chuckled and told us that she had timing us. So we asked her our time in, she confirmed the time we entered was 10pm. This makes us confused even more. Now, they chase us after 30 min dine in if our entering time is 10pm. The cashier wasnt very helpful and had a poor attitude. Overall, we enjoy the food but not the service. Paid the same price but different dine-in times for 4 pax and 2 pax. Its difficult to understand”

“Had a great hotpot experience here! The soup base was rich and flavourful, with plenty of fresh ingredients to choose from. The meat slices were tender and the sauces section had many options to mix your own dip. The environment was clean, comfortable, and suitable for family or friends gathering. Staff were also friendly and quick to refill broth and clear plates. Definitely a satisfying place for hotpot lovers 😊.”

“the place was spacious,i do like the food spread. it is a bit pricier than other places like shabuya**, suki**. if you opted for more ice cream flavors, waffle or even bingsu, you should give this place a try. however, i really doubt their cleanliness. especially, at the food area. there were flies even cockroach seen in the area. (refer my photo). though they claimed that their place was rated as A by DBKL, but the current cleanliness practices appear to be inconsistent with regulatory standards. hence, that's why i rate them 3 stars. hopefully the management would notice this review and do the necessary.”

“It was long queue for at least 30 minutes on Saturday evening. The tomyam soup is good, the pastry cake is acceptable, two choice of fruits, some seafood and other are normal. Overall experience was ok. The pricing is on high side.”
