What people say

“I wanted to love this place but the cocktails need a bit of improving since that is the specialty. The mint julep was great but the whiskey sour was missing egg whites so I hope they change that. Different classic cocktails should not look visually similar. The penicillin was good. The many stairs you climb are worth the view.”
“This little hidden bar is amazing. Their selection of masterful cocktails is truly so impressive. And you get to have a wonderful view of the opera house and surrounding streets. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would love to return one day for a special experience.”
“Great place snuck away so you need to find the street number and the alley and trip up the four flights to find this special nook! They have a sense of humor as they reassure you that you’ll “be fine” going up the narrow stairs. Cocktails were very good and innovative and we happened to overlook an EDM pop concert on the square below.”
“Splendid experience, nice view, amazing drinks, but it's tucked away so far in that walking up and down the stairs is and experience in and of itself. The choice of music is good, lots of well known songs, and a lot of other songs that fit the ambience”
“It’s easy to miss the entrance of this bar as it’s tucked away in a mildly shady hole in the wall. But climb up four stories and you get a pretty good view of the Hanoi opera house as well as some splendid cocktails to match. The signature concoctions here are really good: flavours are creative and well balanced and when you throw in the 30% discount they give during happy hour, you’re really getting a good deal. The staff is also attentive, anticipating your needs for water, some bites and even the temperature as you talk about them. Truly a lovely bar that’s worth a visit.”
