What people say

“NESAT Seafood House was one of my favorite . The restaurant possesses a relaxed and cozy vibe—simple yet thoughtfully designed and welcoming. The service was alright and efficient without being pushy, which we appreciated. My favorite dish is their seasonal menu, which is Gamba Pil Pil. The clam dishes taste more delicious if you choose it with Kampot pepper rather than the tamarind basil sauce. The grilled shrimp and squid were just right. The chocolate ice cream tastes better than the sorbet. The red wine with mussels is just ordinary. The fish sauce they offer tastes good. Their garlic bread also tastes great. Their curry isn't to my liking. Sometimes, it seems like the aroma of the cooking doesn't quite match the flavor of the food, haha. **Update: The clams with tamarind sauce have definitely improved; I'm really starting to enjoy them. The grilled shrimp was incredibly fresh and cooked to perfection. The stir-fried crab with pepper was pleasant; the only concern was the crab's freshness. The creamy mixed seafood pasta can be overly rich at times. The oysters were definitely the highlight, incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious. NESAT excels in prioritizing the essentials—quality ingredients, excellent preparation, and attentive service. It’s genuine and doesn’t feel forced. If you enjoy seafood and are looking for a laid-back place that delivers quality, this is definitely a location to consider.”
“This place has a really chill vibe and a lot of different dishes to pick from. The food tastes okay and the portions are fine, but it is pretty expensive for what you actually get. It’s a nice spot to hang out if you want a relaxed atmosphere, just be ready to pay a bit extra.”
“Really nice taste and service. The food is suitable for people who don’t like strong flavors. I think the restaurant is aimed more at tourists’ tastes. We unfortunately booked the last table and was seated near the kitchen and I think it wasnt a nice table. But all of the other seats looks comfy and enjoyable so I suggest booking before go for customers and for the restaurant to maybe remove the table by the kitchen because, it is by the pathway where people walk by as well as in front of the kitchen.”
“Fresh, delicious seafood in a relaxed setting. Great flavors, friendly service, and excellent value for money. One of my favorite seafood spots in Phnom Penh—highly recommended!”
“Great experience. Lovely stuff, always ready and happy to help, speaking English and some of them French. Serving you dishes with a smile on their faces. Food is just absolutely delicious. We went there 2 times on one day, even tho had plan to visit another place but changes our mind after the first visit. Everything we tried is worth mentioning. Cooks know their job, you can feel their passion and heart to cooking in each bite. The atmosphere is relaxed, but service is professional. We waited for 4 different dishes just about 10 minutes. Freshness of seafood is excellent. Just go there, don't hesitate. You will be amazed. Thanks for lovely time we spent there. Best wishes for the future.”
