“This lovely yoga studio, listed as one of the best in Hanoi, certainly lived up to its reputation! I conveniently booked my class through Instagram. Arriving early, one of the receptionists kindly recommended a nearby restaurant. The studio boasts multiple changing rooms and bathrooms. The yoga rooms are spacious, clean, and well-lit. I participated in a gentle yoga class with Truc, who provided excellent hands-on adjustments. She was friendly, gentle, and even surprised me with a Saigon snack at the end of class! Highly recommended!”

“Surprisingly good!!! I’ve known this studio for 3 years now but never tried. Last month I looked for a professional aerial yoga (but for beginners) around TH, as I have muscle issues so need a bit extra care from the instructors. Then I decided to give Nomad Om a try, as they’ve been popular in town for training teachers. Fortunately my first flying yoga went so well. Thank you for making my practice become easier.
