Ocean Pot - Buffet Lẩu Hấp Thuỷ Nhiệt

“We love the steam idea. We had this in Saigon from another restaurant & loved it so when we saw this in Danang we wanted to give it a try. Ocean pot quality and service however did not match the Saigon company. The first visit to Ocean Pot was delicious but the restaurant was only half full, however the 2nd visit it seems they were short staff and was not able to clean up & provide the same level of service. We were quite disappointed for the long wait, messy service level, dishes had to be reordered three times and took very long to get our dish. Dirty dishes and trays were all over stacked & new dishes on the food cart. I still give it a 4 star because we had also experienced good service. If it’s busy and seem not enough staff maybe try another day. Very affordable for North Americans for what you get. We paid additional $50,000 vietnam Dong for unlimited drinks (three diff teas) for each person and dessert. Warning … maybe don’t eat the icecream & ice since customers serve themselves and customers were not very sanitary.”

“Good nice clean seafood and fish buffet for around 400K. Service excellent and got a free gift for my birthday! Great value and well cooked food. It can be cookes in front of you and you can ask for more within a certain timeframe.”

“The hot pot steam model is quite popular in Saigon, and now I get to experience it here in Da Nang. While most restaurants in Da Nang focus on grilled dishes, steam hot pot emerges as a breath of fresh air, changing your palate and helping you experience food in a fresher way. I have a few comments about Ocean Pot: Restaurant Ambiance: The space is airy and clean. Located on the second floor, the restaurant offers a beautiful sea view. Service: Each table has a dedicated staff member who is responsible for setting the steaming time for each dish and serving the table. Food: My family of four ordered the "Healthy and Beautiful Every Day" combo for 999,000 VND. I've included a photo below for everyone's reference. Because the meat was frozen (I assume), the steamed meat wasn't particularly fresh or delicious. The steamed grouper and squid were very fresh. I highly recommend ordering seafood. The combo also included delicious dumplings. The sauces were nothing special. The restaurant should also pay attention to the herb tray, which had some wilted and bruised leaves mixed in. Most of the drinks were too sweet, even though my family ordered less sugar. One more plus: the restaurant uses glass cups and rice straws, unlike some restaurants that use plastic cups and straws.”

The buffet was awesome, such a good variation and the customer service was on point! 100% recommend this restaurant if you're really hungry, want to eat good food (as much as you want!) AND desserts! The ice cream is dangerously fantastic and I'll most definetly gain weight if I keep going there 😂”
