“Really like the vibe here — it feels a bit more upscale and spacious compared to other bars in Poblacion. There’s usually a good crowd, and it’s a fun place to meet people and just chill. When we first came, the DJ was international, and the music didn’t quite match the usual Pinoy energy — the crowd wasn’t as hyped. But when we came back another night with a local DJ, the vibe was so much better! Great music, fun crowd, and overall a good night out. Also, no entrance fee for girls (there is for guys), which is pretty common in Poblacion. Definitely a spot I’d go back to when I’m in the mood for a lively but laid-back night. 🎶🍸”

“The Octopus Nightclub is amazing. The music was described to me as hip hop without the vocals, the vibe and the rhythm without the vocals was excellent and considering the international customer base this was probably ideal. The service was outstanding. The mixed drinks were varied and there were plenty of top shelf liquor choices by the drink or the bottle. The volume was high, the lighting show was fantastic, and made for a very memorable night. Our cost per person was probably a little higher because we opted for a table with seating and an outstanding view of the entertainment from people mingling dancing and the fabulous light show. I'm looking forward to going back very soon.”

“The place is so lively that it opens until 5 am in the morning. The vibe is amazing, the music is great, and the service is quite nice. However, as it got crowded, it was so hot and people were so close to each other that I couldn't enjoy much of the rest of the night. There was an international DJ on that night, but he came so late. We were informed that he would show up at midnight; he really arrived at 1.30. No entrance fee, and we got free drinks till midnight after purchasing one food menu.”
