“I’ve had a generally positive experience with Omnia Dental Care, especially with my Sebaris aligner treatment. I’m very satisfied with the outcome — my teeth alignment has improved significantly, and the results feel worth the journey. Dr. Sheetal has been a standout throughout the process. She is attentive, patient, and takes the time to explain each step clearly. A good dentist, in my view, is someone who listens, provides thoughtful recommendations, and ensures you feel comfortable and informed — and she definitely embodies these qualities. The aligner process itself was almost painless. There’s usually just a slight pressure on the first day when switching to a new set, but it’s very manageable compared to what I expected. One key advantage I found was that, unlike traditional braces where I was strongly advised to undergo palate surgery before starting treatment, aligners allowed me to proceed without needing that step. That made a big difference in my decision. That said, there are a few areas for improvement. Service-wise, there were delays when transitioning to new aligner sets after rescanning. I had to follow up multiple times, and I think the clinic could improve by setting clearer expectations and timelines for patients. In terms of duration, I was initially quoted around 51 brackets (approximately 2 years), but the full treatment ended up taking close to 4 years. While this was longer than expected, I understand that tooth movement varies from person to person, so a longer timeline can be realistic. Overall, I’m happy with the final results and appreciate the care and professionalism shown throughout my treatment.”

“In one line, based on my personal experience, this is a top notch clinic and Dr Ahmed was amazing. Im an expat from the Netherlands and not familiar with KL, so obviously it is a bit daunting finding a good clinic. I can whole heartedly recommend Omnia based off of my experience. My teeth were hurting all over. I came in and basically they took care of me. The treatment was done with utmost care over 4 days and i was guided well through the process. “I’d never stuck to a dentist before as I never found one who I felt truly comfortable with, but the experience at Omnia was not only top-notch but also so settling in that I felt I was getting evidence-based opinions and highly skilled hands. For the first time in my life, I had X-rays and a CT scan taken before the doctor even looked into my mouth. With that, Dr Hanna was able to point out the situation of my teeth comprehensively - no guessing games. She explained issues very clearly and alleviated my anxiousness with clear next steps and plan. Dr Hanna also did the most thorough cleaning I’ve experienced, with very gentle yet sure hands.
