What people say
“One of the best Michelin restaurants I’ve ever had! The foods were so good! Most ingredients are sourced locally. Simple dishes with fine seasoning. The tomato with salt granule was the most simple but it keep you going and finished it before realise. The fried rice with yunan ham is also a must! So simple so good and yes I wiped all the dishes out and super full super satisfied. Definitely worth the efforts of booking.”
“I've been to Pari from the start until it was hard to book a table but i still follow the procedure like other customer put 300฿ deposit/person. I've book on the 8th 21:00 but i reach before at 20:45 and i've ask them can i order food first so i don't have to wait so long for my food especially the chicken which always come last. But they say please wait but it was until 21:00 they brought me to my table and i've ordered like 10 items and chicken x 2. As i've expected, the chicken came last and we couldn't eat anymore. So why didn't the chef or owner brief the staff to inform the customer which dishes need to inform the customer that need to wait 30 mins and beyond. That is the only issue here, don't get me wrong the food was good just that it way too long to wait for some items.”
“The best dining experience we had in Chiang Mai, hands down. Run by a team of young talented Chiang Mai chefs who have worked in other restaurants, honed their skills and come back home to open this restaurant. The grill is used to perfection and the grilled chicken was one of the best dishes we tried with meat so juicy and tender. They showcase and use a lot of Japanese ingredients and cooking techniques, but every dish we tried had great flavours and tasted brilliant. Service by the young team was warm and perfect, such good hospitality standards set by the service team and kudos to the entire team for giving us a night to remember both in food and ambience.”
“I came here right after dinner, so I was already pretty full. We kept it light and ordered a few smaller dishes, and they were surprisingly well done. The tomato with nan salt was incredibly sweet, almost like fruit. The Yunnan ham with melon was simple but perfectly balanced. The ceviche was also very good. The fish is dry aged, which I like. It gives the texture a softer, slightly chewy feel. But my favorite was the perilla seed ice cream. Easily the best part of the meal, hands down.”
“Everything is over the moon! I had such a great experience here. You need to reserve a table, but the wait was less than 5 minutes to get seated. It took around 10–15 minutes for the first dish to arrive and only 5–10 minutes for the next ones. The interior is lovely, but the food is even better! I really enjoyed it and will definitely come back for sure.”
