Owner-barista Pablo opened in 2022, naming the café after himself (Paupau sounds like Pablo, with a Chinese-style word repetition since it's near Chinatown). As good as any Australian barista made coffee, definitely worth a visit. $80THB or $4AUD for a flat white. 10 out 10 for taste, quality and price.”
