“I would have given this dental clinic a 5-star rating if not for a few issues during me and my sister's visit. I had a lip wound after my whitening service, there was a billing error, and there were no curtains for patient privacy during procedures. I also felt a bit uncomfortable hearing the staff speak among themselves in their own language while we were being treated, especially since we could not understand what was being discussed. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and accommodating, the pricing was fair, and the clinic has a high-tech facility. The cleanliness is commendable, and the outcome of my treatment was actually better than what I previously experienced at a dental clinic in London. The location in Westlake is also very convenient. Overall, despite the concerns mentioned above, I still recommend this clinic based on my personal experience.”
