What people say

“If you are looking for a cooking class and learn about local ingredients, I highly recommend this place. I learned a lot of things while visiting the market and also cooking. I appreciate Thai food more now. Pimmy who is the local chef and owner of the school was very friendly and approachable.”
“Must try!!! Our fam of 4 came on a Sat morning. Pimmy brought us to the local market and taught us how to choose some ingredients. We then prepared and cooked Panang Curry Chicken, Tom Yum Goong, Tamarind Prawn and Mango Sticky Rice. Value for money experience with own cooked lunch. Pimmy is friendly, speaks good english and very wiling to share knowledge. We will definitely come again to learn other dishes. There are different dishes on different days.”
“Pink chili cooking class was the most in-depth cooking class I’ve taken in SE Asia! My wife and I are foodies, so we want to get into the nitty gritty of cooking techniques, what substitutes are acceptable and what is not, etc, and our instructor was able to give that to us and more! The dishes we made were better than some of the restaurants we ate at!”
“We had a great time! All of the instructors were so sweet and helpful. The classroom was nice and cool, great air conditioner. We made 4 different dishes and they were all delicious. Thank you so much for sharing your talents and beautiful smiles with us. ❤️”
“My fiance and I had wonderful educational class! My takeaway from the experience is the effort and care into making your own curry paste. I was willing to cut corners and be done pounding on that pestle, but our instructor Pimmy explained that the paste would not blend properly with the coconut milk. In the end, you get the delightful experience of cooking four delicious dishes and an arm workout.”
