“Needed to complete one last administrative claim form with a doctor after the visit, only to be lectured by the very said doctor that insurance issue is a crime and he refused to help. Made it clear earlier during consultation that I would submit an insurance claim for the specialist fee, lab tests etc. Paid all my bills completely. Now I can’t get a refund from my insurance. Disappointing service”

“Very thankful for Dr. VITALII, he was my gynecologist during half of my pregnancy in Phnom Penh. Very professional, open-mind and kind-hearted doctor. Not much happy with Dr. Tatiana, and ultrasound specialist, cause diagnosis was wrong.”

“Extremely disappointed with the unprofessional care. My wife is pregnant and we went here thinking they have oncologist, but he won’t even be back till next week. So we had absolutely no professional advice. But they charged us $30 for an exam with someone who didn’t even know how to pronounce “oncology”. They didn’t even know what prenatal vitamins were or how long a trimester was. They did an unnecessary chest x-ray which is dangerous for the baby, we already knew she had bronchitis, and there was no reason to expose her to such an unsafe procedure in her chest. They charged over $100 for blood tests. Consultation was $30 which was more than the ultrasound which is really the only thing they should have done. We left with no advice on foods to avoid or medications to avoid. So for their greed we must wait a week to get professional advice from an ACTUAL oncologist, but instead we will have to go to another hospital to get some professional advice on foods and medications and prenatal vitamins and they didn’t even test the blood for any illnesses until we asked for it on our second visit. They don’t even do paternity test there and the Dr. or nurse or whoever she was, didn’t even know how long we had to wait to get that test. And they are supposed to be oncology specialists it says on the building. I couldn’t be more disappointed, they should have sent us to another hospital that had the proper staff instead they were not forthcoming about the limited services and staff that was unavailable to see for over a week. I am absolutely disgusted with the malpractice we experienced there.”
