What people say

“Tee Noi Gold @ Major Cineplex Sukhumvit — The Buffet That Actually Lives Up to the Hype Right there, before you even think about it — “Go Gold. 599 baht”, Done. No debate!! The “Gold package” at Tee Noi covers both savory and sweet so thoroughly that upgrading to anything else would genuinely be leaving money on the table. Trust the process. “Order Gold. Eat everything.”!! Don’t miss these MENU!! The “Australian imported beef lineup” is where this place earns its reputation, and it does not disappoint. We’re talking “Wagyu chuck flap”, “Wagyu brisket”, blade cut, “Wagyu chuck roll”, and “Angus chuck” — all sliced at a thickness that’s exactly right for the grill. Thin enough to cook fast, substantial enough to actually taste. Every cut delivered on quality, and for a buffet at this price point, that alone is worth the trip. If you love beef, this is your place. Order them continuously, keep the grill going, and don’t stop. The “หอยเป๋าฮื้อ abalone” deserves its own sentence. Yes, it’s in a buffet. Yes, it’s actually good. Order it. Repeatedly. “เอ็นแก้ววัว Beef tendon” was soft and gelatinous in all the right ways — the kind of thing that disappears off the grill faster than you expect. The “fish balls” were a genuine surprise: bouncy, generously sized, clean-tasting without any of that fishy aftertaste that cheaper versions carry. And the “Hong Kong roast duck” and “BBQ pork (char siu)” brought a different flavor profile to the table — rich, lacquered, and a nice contrast to the grill-forward mains. Now, the desserts. This section alone might justify the entire visit for some people. The “Yuzu Sorbet” is the hero of the sweet menu — bright, citrusy, and exactly what you need after a full round of grilled meats. The crumble on top adds texture that elevates it from “refreshing palate cleanser” to “dish I’m ordering three times.” Genuinely five stars on its own. The “Crispy Pandan Waffle”, “Pineapple Sorbet”, and “Matcha Ice Cream” all held their own and kept the dessert round interesting from start to finish. The vegetable counter looks genuinely premium — fresh, well-displayed, clearly sourced with care. Only small note: the cold air barrier makes it slightly awkward to reach in and grab what you want. Minor inconvenience, easily forgiven. A few honest notes for anyone heading in: “Skip” the sliced pork and sliced chicken — paper-thin, not particularly fresh, and honestly not worth the grill space when there’s Wagyu waiting. The Scallion Pancake was oily and leaned very heavily on the spring onion, which might work for some but felt like a miss personally. On service — come with a little patience. The team is still finding its rhythm, and the ordering system has some lag. The dessert ordering system was down during our visit, which meant going through staff and waiting longer than ideal. That said, one standout — a tall, buzz-cut male staff member who appeared to be supervising — was genuinely excellent. Attentive, communicative, and clearly someone who takes the role seriously. That kind of energy is exactly what the rest of the team needs to get to. The queue wasn’t painful at all — yet. But given the quality-to-price ratio of what’s on offer here, especially that beef lineup, I’d strongly suggest going sooner rather than later. This place is going to get very busy, very fast — and rightfully so. 599 baht for this level of premium ingredient? I want Tee Noi to hold that price, keep raising the bar, and absolutely run away with the buffet space in Bangkok. The potential here is real. Will be back. And I already know exactly what I’m ordering. 🥩🦪✨ CR 📸: FB ตี๋น้อย โกลด์ 🙏”
“I tried the 599++ set. The restaurant is large, the air conditioning is good, and the reception staff are helpful and provide good recommendations. Comparing the service at the Gold (this branch) and the regular (other branches), there's a significant difference. Some regular branches offer better service than this one, which is supposed to be "Gold" (though it can't fully be called "Gold Premium" compared to other restaurants in this price range). Importantly, the ordering system at the regular branch is better, more convenient, and easier to use, with simpler steps. Compared to the Gold branch's system, which requires self-service for almost everything, I think it's not as premium as the name suggests because customers mostly have to serve themselves, which isn't as convenient as other branches of Tee Noi where you order at your table and wait for your food without having to get up to serve yourself. I think the service and ordering system should be better at the regular branches. **The table clearing process seemed like they were trained to clear everything at once after customers finished eating, even though there were many staff members who just stood and watched customers eat.** Overall, I think there's a lot of room for improvement. It's not quite ready to be called "gold premium" yet. - There should be smaller trays of meat to choose from. - Drinking water should be refilled at the table. - Dipping sauces should be refilled at the table. - Some of the food items on the buffet line should also be available in the designated queue (so customers don't have to walk to get them themselves).”
“I went to eat with friends. The food tasted good. I've actually eaten at several branches, but never tried the Gold package. Some items weren't on the list that you could scan the QR code for. When I went to refill my drinks, I saw something and asked the staff if I could just take it. The staff said yes, even though we were already full. No one informed us of this when we took our order. After eating, both of my friends and I got diarrhea. We don't know what caused it.”
“For those who love mala (spicy Sichuan peppercorn), this is definitely worth it. Even if you don't eat mala, they have other soup options (some soups have an extra charge if it's not the 599+ baht set). The ingredients are very fresh. I especially liked their sesame dipping sauce and the desserts, which are different from the usual Tee Noi (spicy Sichuan restaurant). You can pick your own vegetables, side dishes, and meats, or order via QR code. The staff are attentive, and the restaurant is very clean.”
“We ordered the 599 baht set, but they didn't have any of the dishes we wanted to order. The food we wanted wasn't available, like the abalone mushrooms or the beef set. It was terrible. We've been waiting so long, and the soup still hasn't arrived.”
