“Complete and modern. Vast array of gym classes and equipments. I go here for their RPM and spin classes. The staff might not be as good in English and might be interpreted as being rude, but I believe they're trying their best. Be patient. 🙂 Tip: They normally use whole milk in their protein shake. You can ask them not to.”

“I thought this gym was a bit overrated but not at all.. The gym has over 120 classes per week... It's very clean.. They have some new class going on every month.. I love Yoga class really early in the morning.. I am not an evening person for gym.. After 5 p.m., it gets really crowded.. Class schedule starts from 6 a.m, which is a perfect time.. Yoga normally has 5,6 people in the morning.. Body Pump has around 5 people in the morning.. If it was the same class and same instructor in the evening, the studio is too crowded even to get the proper work out.. The only class i had a problem was RPM taught by Victor.. Not only he was not punctual, he once canceled the class unannounced.. Overall, it was a great experience and would definitely go there if I was in Yangon..”
