“Prince Court Medical Centre does not feel like a typical medical centre, and you notice that quite quickly. The staff are attentive and approachable, which already changes the experience from the moment you walk in. It feels less transactional and more considered. The environment plays a big role here. The architecture, the cleanliness, the overall layout, it all comes together in a way that feels calm rather than clinical. Having a café within the building also makes things easier, especially if you are there for a longer visit. The surau is spacious, which is something many people will quietly appreciate. There are also moments that catch you off guard in a good way. I have come across a piano player there before, and it does shift the mood of the space. It is a small detail, but it makes the place feel more human, which is not something you normally associate with medical centres. Location-wise, it is very well placed, especially being next to Agile Residence and within easy reach of the city. The only thing I have always felt is that crossing Jalan Bukit Bintang can be a bit inconvenient. “I visited the Emergency Department today as my right knee suddenly became swollen and very stiff. The overall experience was positive. From the registration counter through to receiving my injection, the staff were caring, attentive, and professional. Kudos to Dr. Tharchana for her professionalism, patience, and the clear recommendations she provided during my consultation. There are, however, two areas that could be improved. The staff at the Payment counter and Pharmacy Counter 3 could be more proactive and friendly when attending to patients. On a positive note, the hospital’s cleanliness is excellent, and the entrance staff member was extremely helpful and quick to provide me with a wheelchair when needed. Overall, I appreciate the care I received.”

“Great and pleasant experience here. Dr. Agnes and the nurses at Ward 6A are very friendly with kids, helpful, and always attend to patients promptly whenever assistance is needed. This was my first time in a pediatric ward, and I was really impressed with the room decor, especially the smart room control where everything can be managed via phone and voice. The housekeeping team always greets with a smile as well. We also enjoyed the hospital food. Perhaps one area for improvement would be to rotate or shuffle the menu a bit more, especially for the kids.”

“I came many times, i feel they improve each time i came. Health screen (essential program) finish at 12:16 so fast! But waited for doctor review till 16:10 🥹. I hope we can choose to have online review later next year. All staffs service are impressive, that made my day! And the food!!!! The food is so good! Datuk Saiful Anuar Abdul Aziz, was in excellent hands throughout.
