“I normally don’t like to leave bad reviews, but I feel I must warn other people, especially foreigners like me trying to find a place in Bangkok. My experience with this agency was very disappointing. They advertise very nice condos online, good location, good price. When I contacted them, suddenly that unit was “just rented” or “already taken.” This happened more than once. Then they tried to show me other condos, more expensive, not same area, not what I asked for at all. I understand Bangkok market is fast, I am not new to business. But this felt like classic bait-and-switch. It makes you feel tricked from the beginning. Also, communication was stressful. When I had serious questions about contract terms or extra fees, replies were slow and not clear. But when it came to sending deposit, they were very fast and pushing me to decide quickly. Finding property in Bangkok is already tiring enough. Working with this agency made it much worse. I cannot recommend them. Please be careful and look for a more transparent and honest agent.”
