“Didn't feel like I was exactly at a hospital because of its accomodations and design. The staff are professional and have manners. The cost is not very cheap, yet they charge fairly comparing to other big-name hospitals. But you cannot go there by means of public transportation as they are located just behind the entrance of Pun Hlaing Avenue, in a rather remote area of Hlaing Tharyar township. The seatings, lighting and restrooms can be improved, though. Car parking is good. Medical equipments are modern. (and reliable?) They have an internal convenient store and a very cosy coffee shop.”

We bought two of the most premium checkup packages during your anniversary promotion — not because of the discount, but because we trusted your hospital to provide quality care. Unfortunately, the experience has been frustrating and deeply unprofessional from start to finish. Despite repeated follow-ups, we only received a confirmed date of August 2nd after much delay. Even then, no one contacted us with any instructions or preparation details ahead of the appointment. We had to call your hotline ourselves at 8 PM the night before just to find out whether our parents were even on the list for the next day. This level of disorganization is completely unacceptable, especially from a hospital that positions itself as a leading medical institution. We chose it because we expected reliable, respectful, and professional service. Sadly, what we received was the exact opposite. In contrast, hospitals like Ar Yu International always communicate clearly in advance and make patients feel informed and cared for. This experience has seriously shaken our trust in Pun Hlaing. We hope you will take immediate steps to fix these service failures and ensure other families do not go through what we did.”
