“Finally tried Ramen Butcher and ordered Hakata Classic, the ramen itself was really good. We ordered a gyoza as well, which was really meaty and quite big compared to the other we've tried. Went here around 10pm it wasn't that crowded and the parking was easy. Their signature ramen was also good. Will definitely try again for their other offerings. They also have rice meals so there's lot to choose from. The serving might look small, that was my initial impression but after eating 2-3 Gyoza + Hakata Ramen Classic I'm already stuffed. Definitely worth the price. Bummer tho they didn't have spice or condiments on the table, not sure if they had one available as we were already craving to eat.”

“Had a great time satisfying my craving here! Love the place, it looks elegant and is very nice! We ordered their signature ramen and it is so good! It is so rich and full of flavor, every slurp intensifies the flavor even more. Last but not the least, the staffs are all very welcoming and helpful! Service overall is top-notch! Will definitely recommend and will come back to try other food on their menu.”

“We ordered the Hakata Classic and Butcher special. Both were good. The torched fatty pork on the ramens were a good touch. Both have porky tasting broths, Hakata having a creamy taste while the Butcher special having some roasted taste. There's not much saltiness in these broths which we like. Both ramens taste good but somewhat lacking... Honestly, it needs a bit more depth or "oomph" in it.. Adding chili oil and sesame seeds didnt help with the taste. it just made the broth spicy, nothing more. I suggest having umami vinegar on the side may help improve the eating experience. On the other hand, the place and the service were both great! No comments on these. :)”

“The serving sizes were a pleasant surprise — more generous than expected, which is always a plus. However, the ramen itself was a bit disappointing. It was on the saltier side and — the biggest issue for a ramen place — the bowl wasn’t served warm enough. Lukewarm ramen is a dealbreaker for me. The flavors were okay but nothing memorable or exceptional. The ambiance is nice though, especially at night. Hopefully they work on the consistency of their food temperature and seasoning. Might give it another shot someday, but it’s not something I’d rush back to.”
