Ramen IPPUDO Le Thanh Ton

“I’ve visited many IPPUDO locations across Thailand, but this branch really stood out in a very positive way. The service was excellent. It was some of the most attentive and professional hospitality I’ve experienced in a long time. The staff were very observant without being intrusive, and everything felt smooth and well organized. The ramen was exactly what you expect from IPPUDO: consistently high quality and well prepared. As usual, you can choose your preferred noodle firmness and spice level. Even the highest spice level isn’t extremely hot if you’re used to very spicy food. The eggs were perfectly done, just the way they should be. I also tried the bao buns. They were good, but nothing particularly outstanding compared to the ramen. For context, I eat at IPPUDO quite often in Thailand. Complimentary tea has never been served here, and in many branches the service quality has gone down over time. That’s why this visit was such a pleasant surprise. This location really impressed me, especially because of the service. One of the best IPPUDO experiences I’ve had in Thailand.”

“The food is very delicious and flavorful, the staff are enthusiastic and attentive. The restaurant's space is very comfortable and cool, with open music suitable for dining times here 😊 Highly recommend everyone to try Burrata cheese, Chicken with Tartar sauce, Salmon rice, Ramen noodles (I usually note less saltiness and find it better than the original taste) 👍👍 Come many times and order almost all of these dishes, the flavors are always fresh and delicious”

“3.5/5 atmosphere is very good, give off a high end Japanese restaurant feeling. Food is average. Order shiromaru special, ask for soft noodle but did not come soft at all. The soup is not strong enough for my liking. Karage was not crispy enough. Chicken tar tar salad was nice, the tar tar sauce is good. Lastly ippudo bun special, was alright nothing special.”

“I tried this place with my friends. - Black Ramen Special 9/10. Very tasty and the broth is delicious. - Mashed potatoes w/ Japanese yellow pickled radish 10/10. Absolutely delicious. I hope Ippudo considers making this a permanent item on the menu. My friends agreed it was tasty. - Gyoza 7/10. Certainly quite good but nothing set it apart from other places that offer gyoza to me. - Homemade Camembert Croquette 8/10. Typically these have octopus in them which I don’t like so I wanted to try these which are potato and cheese. I thought they were tasty.”

“One of the best ramen I've ever tried. The service was fast even when it's peak hours. I usually choose less salty but the broth is still pretty salty 😆 if you guys prefer light taste, better ask for extra less salty.”
