Reform Kafé - Vegan Garden Restaurant

“Wonderful vegan cafe. Food was delicious and quite well priced. We ordered the Khao Soi, Pad Thai, Tamarind Tofu and Spicy Tempe which were all great. The tofu with tamarind was a highlight for us. We also ordered the carrot cake and chocolate brownie cake which were okay. Lovely serene and relaxed atmosphere. Highly reccommend this place.”

“Reform Kafé has a lot going for it. The food was excellent, and I really liked the range of local vegan dishes on the menu. They also have a very nice selection of craft beer, which makes it a good spot if you want something a bit more interesting than the usual drinks options. The setting is also lovely — the café has a natural, garden-like feel with plenty of trees around it, which gives the whole place a calm and refreshing atmosphere. The décor fits that style well and makes the place feel relaxed and inviting. Reform Kafé is also known as a fully plant-based restaurant inside Green Tiger House in Chiang Mai’s Old City, which adds to its appeal for vegan travellers.  That said, it is quite pricey compared with other places nearby. Everything I had was good, but the cost does make you think twice. My main issue was that there was a cat there during my visit. I have nothing against animals at all, but seeing the cat sitting on the chairs felt unhygienic to me in a dining environment. That was the one thing that took away from an otherwise very enjoyable experience. Overall, great food and atmosphere, but with a couple of drawbacks.”

“Fantastic taste, great options for Vegans and very good service. Ambience was lovely. Quaint with some cats sleeping on some of the chairs and some plants around. Service was quick. We went for Khao Sai, Garden Crostini and Papaya salad. Everything tasted really good. Garden crostini was very interesting with cashew cheese, and other vegan spreads..Drinks were also quite good. Will strongly recommend...”

“This vegan restaurant boasts an extensive menu with a fantastic variety of dishes. The raw desserts are particularly delicious and the beautiful quiet garden creates a relaxing atmosphere. English is spoken.”

“Found this place surfing for vegan food in CM. Nice quiet location. Love the indoor/outdoor atmosphere. Very ZEN feel with a small waterfall and seating area at the entrance. Tourist season is over so it was mostly empty. This is also a hotel. The pool is located behind the check-in desk and has tables located there as well but for guests of the hotel only. The food was amazing. I ordered the Zucchini Fries, Spring Rolls, and the Tomato Soup with a Banana/Chocolate Shake. Everything was very flavorful and delicious. They give you a bell to ring if you need anything. The service was excellent and everyone was very accommodating and kind. I highly recommend, and will be going back soon.”
