“Very disappointing experience. We paid 1,500 THB for a 1-hour ATV ride (single ATV), but the actual trail was only about 10 minutes long and the same route was repeated multiple times. For the price, we expected a much longer and more varied experience. We were also the only customers there at the time, which made the activity feel quite underwhelming. After the ride, we politely raised our concerns and requested a partial refund because the experience did not match our expectations. The request was declined, which is the company’s right, but the situation then became very uncomfortable. Instead of addressing our concerns professionally, a staff member began shouting during the discussion. The same staff member also started recording videos and taking photos of me without my consent while we were trying to resolve the issue. Customers have the right to raise concerns respectfully and should be treated with professionalism. Unfortunately, the combination of the short, repetitive ride and the poor handling of our complaint left us with a very negative impression. Based on my experience, I do not feel that this activity offered good value for money.”
