“I booked the Bangkok to Pattaya 1 day trip with Reena and it was perfect. I always avoid these tourist stalls and this was the only one I entered. It was a very comfortable experience from start to finish. She let me browse quietly without pressing me on anything. I asked her about some tours and she handed me the picture brochure to see what I liked. Again, no pressure. I asked her opinion on things and she was very honest on what she had done/not done, enjoyed/not enjoyed. It made me trust her and not feel she wanted to take advantage of mislead me. She never pressured me to book with her. She was focused on giving me information. Whether I booked with her, a different provider or didn’t book at all. Because of that, I booked the tour. I had intended to ask about elephants and left with a beautiful Pattaya and island tour. Everything was seamless. She gave me full information on inclusions/exclusions, pick up time/drop off, constant smooth communication. I knew exactly what was happening the whole time. I could also book the tour with card. She gave me her WhatsApp contact details if I had any questions. The next day the tour guides collected me from my hotel, everything was communicated very clearly. Water and towels were provided. The activities were amazing. The water was crystal clear. The group was 6 people on the bus (plenty of space) and the final full group on the boat was around 20 people. A nice mix: people from Australia, Ukraine, the Netherlands, Thailand, China and the USA. All the guides spoke English. Some also spoke Mandarin Chinese and Hindi. COVER YOUR LEGS!!! I developed a horrible sunburn on my legs because the sunscreen kept coming off in the water. I highly recommend this tour agency and Reena. She also helped me book tickets for the Muay Thai match with no commission. Thank you for organising such a wonderful tour!”
