“Love the buffet at this restaurant, which actually includes more items than the A La Carte menu available in the store further inside (separate restaurants, but same operator). The quality at the A La Carte location was just as good although fewer beef and sushi choices. Prices are comparable. Difference is you can take home anything you can't finish at A La Carte. If you're not that hungry, the A La Carte is probably a better bargain. But if you're looking for beef, the Buffet is your best choice.”

“Came here for our anniversary and had such a wonderful experience. The sushi is fresh and everything we ate was very delicious. But the thing that stood out the most was the outstanding service. Staff was extremely attentive and always made sure our drinks were topped off, the charcoal was burning hot, and that we had everything we needed. They were also patient when our 5 year old took a while to decide on his drink. Not once did we feel uncomfortable or rushed. Great atmosphere too. Three hours is a long time to enjoy your meal, but we definitely made the most of it. We are already looking forward to our next visit!”

The place is often crowded, so it’s best to reserve a table in advance. The sashimi is fresh and delicious, and the sushi is well-prepared. Grilled beef options are available, but they’re quite plain — be sure to dip them in sauce or sprinkle some salt. For dessert, the mochi-wrapped strawberries are a highlight: fresh, juicy strawberries with just the right amount of sweetness in the mochi layer. Highly recommended!”

The foie gras is absolutely divine. The service is incredibly friendly and helpful, guiding you through the many delicious options. The restaurant itself is beautifully designed, with plenty of parking available. A visit here is definitely worth it!””

“We tried the 1099 THB premium buffet and it was excellent. The beef quality is outstanding – well-marbled, tender, and perfect for grilling. The sashimi platter and sushi were fresh and beautifully presented, with salmon, tuna, scallop, and more. Highlights also included oysters, prawns, and crab paste with roe. For the price, the variety and freshness are impressive. Great value if you want both high-quality yakiniku and Japanese seafood in Chiang Mai. Highly recommended!”
