What people say

“What i love: - pour over selection - Pastry selection esp the cheesecakes! - Japanese muji style interiors - Merch and available filter coffee beans Satori — true to its name. An enlightenment on what coffee can be. A profound awareness that shines through in their hospitality and passion for the craft. I tried their espresso and filter coffees, and you can truly taste the intention and care their baristas pour into every cup.”
“We went to satori to experience their cupping session and it was so fun sharing with people which one is your favorite among the cups. I love that I get to also experience how they serve their coffee with diff process of brewing coffee. My favorite was the burnt cheesecake, which is a must try!! … and their matcha? Hmmm i loveeee (one of the best matcha I’ve tried here in Makati) Will definitely be back!”
“We went there on a Wednesday, around 10am. The place is quiet and very introvert-friendly. 😅 The barista was friendly and was generous enough to share more details about the coffee bean I chose. My husband is not a coffee drinker. He ordered their version of iced hibiscus tea and loved it. Would definitely visit this cafe again! 🫶🏼”
“Visited on a hot Sunday but the that didn't stop the staff from being friendly and accomodating. Our order was for take-out and they immediately say the wait time (I ordered a pour-over) They are knowledgeable with their matcha and coffee, their current beans are micro lots from Archers which was a treat as it was reasonably priced per cup. Excited to come back to try out their pastries.”
“I’ve had Satori Café on my list for so long after hearing great things about it from the coffee community back in Cebu—and finally, I got to visit! It definitely didn’t disappoint. I went for their full course coffee experience to make the trip worth it, and honestly, it was the best decision. That visit became my favorite café experience during my time in Manila. Not gonna lie, when we first approached the entrance, we felt a bit intimidated by the vibe—but we’re so glad we didn’t back out. Once inside, we were welcomed by the nicest people I’ve ever met in a café. The hospitality and passion for coffee really show through. Can’t wait to go back to Manila and visit Satori again!”
