“Six of us went to Sawah Terrace for my 60th birthday and the entire night was magical. We sat overlooking the Arung river and enjoyed an array of delicious Balinese dishes. The service was excellent and the prices very reasonable. They presented me with a special birthday dessert while the staff sang Happy Birthday which was very special. This restaurant is perfect for a special Occassion. I could not have been happier!”

“Sunday brunch at Sawah Terrace was honestly one of my favorite dining experiences in Ubud. The food selection was very diverse, from western dishes to authentic Indonesian cuisine. My favorite menus were the nasi tekor and the grilled seafood, both tasted delicious and fresh. The restaurant atmosphere was peaceful with beautiful natural views that made the brunch experience even more relaxing. The service was also excellent and friendly, especially a staff member named Vikka who was very helpful and welcoming throughout our visit. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing brunch spot in Ubud.”

“Vikha was an absolutely wonderful server who brings so much beauty, care, and love into everything she does. Her knowledge and passion for food truly shine - every recommendation felt thoughtful and spot-on. The cocktails she suggested were incredible, and the authentic meals we had the chance to try were completely out of this world. Easily some of the best meals we’ve ever had, bursting with rich, layered flavors. To top it all off, we enjoyed a lovely view of the river, which made the entire experience even more special. “Sawah Terrace Restaurant at Mandapa, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve in Ubud, Bali, offers an exceptional fine dining experience in a serene and elegant setting. I enjoyed the full-course meal, and the highlights for me were the lawar and duck dishes, which were beautifully prepared and full of flavor. The atmosphere is extremely comfortable and relaxing, surrounded by lush greenery and located near other resorts and rafting activities along the river. The peaceful ambiance makes it a perfect place for a special occasion or a memorable dining experience in Ubud.”
