“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Review for Scarlet’s Rooftop I had a very satisfying dining experience at Scarlet’s Rooftop. Overall, the food exceeded my expectations. Every dish we ordered was delicious, well-prepared, and full of flavor. The quality of the food was consistently good, and everything tasted fresh. One of the highlights of Scarlet’s Rooftop is the excellent value for money. The prices are very affordable, especially considering the generous portion sizes. The servings were large and filling, which made the experience even more enjoyable and worth it. The rooftop atmosphere added a nice touch to the dining experience, making it a comfortable and pleasant place to enjoy a meal. The food was served within a reasonable time, and overall, I felt very satisfied with the dining experience. Regarding the service, some of the staff were polite and did their job well. However, there were also a few staff members who seemed less friendly and not very helpful. I hope the service consistency can be improved, as better hospitality would significantly enhance the overall experience. In general, I am very happy with Scarlet’s Rooftop and would definitely return again. With improved staff friendliness and service consistency, this restaurant has great potential to become an outstanding dining destination.”

“I went here on 17 April 2026 to celebrate my sister’s birthday. It is located at LEVEL R, and it has two levels, for lower level there are indoors seatings (no view) but suitable for big family or friends since it its air- conditioned and spacious. There are also two sides of outdoors view for dining too, one is facing the skyscrapers and KLCC but only for limiting seating of 2-4 pax only, and the other outdoor view is under big tent which is no view and suitable for family-seating (which is a bit sad cause we are expecting to face the view). smart tips: if you planning to book to come here, do request them to have a table that is facing the view or else they would just randomly assigned you at random seating (RM 50 depo for pre book) Also, for upper level the view is nice but you have to spend RM100 for per pax , food included (I asked the waiter here) The food is considerably nice. I forgot the name of the menu we ordered, but for the shrimp is not really fresh because it was a bit slimey and has black stuff in it? but the gravy is good and the potion can share to 2-3 people per meal if you are someone who doesnt eat a lot. Also, we recieved the chicken chop a bit late, only after we finished eating everthing then the food has arrived 🤷🏻‍♀️ The price is also affordable and reasonable considering it is a “fine-dining” and located at the rooftop. You can also request for birthday table decoration! Its super cute + the lighting make it so romantic hahaha! and also you can request the staff for a birthday song for free, but you have to buy the desserts first! (they also gave artifical flower) to birtday girl/boy. There is also spot for taking picture for both lower and upper level. And the service from some staff are okay 🙇🏻‍♀️ However the parking is quite limited because PCCK located exactly next to busy road and surrounded with bustling gerai and shops. But overall I would rate 4/5”

“Went here to celebrate my mil’s birthday. Didn’t know a rooftop restaurant like this existed in the middle of KL. It’s on top of the PPCK. Many paid parking is available around the area. Made a reservation before coming here & you can choose an indoor or outdoor table. Ordered food at affordable price, variety of foods & desserts available. Food tasted surprisingly good, love it. Many ootd spots available, outside & on top of the restaurant where you have to take a stair to go to the rooftop. Such a good place to held a small intimate celebration with your loved ones or even to just have a romantic dinner with your partner. Recommended!”

“The moment I stepped into this restaurant I was greeted with great enthusiasm by their staffs. The environment of this place makes me so calm and happy, like genuinely this is what I need to escape from my working place. With a great view of KLCC and great hits of music playing the environment and atmosphere is definitely 10/10. The staffs is sooooo kind. If you were to ask me if I would come here again I would 100 percent come here in a speed of light. The food amazing, view amazing EVERYTHING IS AMAZING!!!”
