What people say

“Nice and quiet place with a couple of buildings with restaurants (mainly Chinese, seafood). You can watch the sunset and the ocean from here. There is a mini playground and live music. There were too many calling us to join their restaurants. A little overpriced, but it’s the mood and the vibes that costed.”
“Came at wrong hour 3:30pm abouts and everyone was mid napping and about to get ready for the evening sea food adventure. So I can only comment about the atmosphere and some details . Nice views but the bay was stinky ! I had a special coffee from a young man who knows about coffee and asked why his coffee was special that I want to buy it, had a Spanish style ice coffee and was interesting he had a scale to weight the “coffee Juice”in a tube ! Problem is coffee will never taste the same in a paper cup. I took a walk to the board walk area and perhaps one day the view will be spectacular because it’s in the process of land reclamation for condos and the facilities that support the niche living . Noticed some waiter scraping and spitting into the side drains ! The toilet is free and air conditioned, this was along a corridor with pot holed flooring covered up by a grass . carpet . At the end of the corridor saw an empty room with rat cage traps ! So I only had street food from a couple selling boiled Asian style foods in sticks ! Only 200 pesos , I gave the rest to the bobtail cat menacing at my feet . Noticed an old huge run down building across the road in disrepair and was told it was haunted ! Apparently 160 workers were killed working 24/7 shifts to fulfill Imelda Marcos vanity project and they are still entombed under the quick setting concrete ! Sea scape has security at the entrance and at the car park”
“Nice place to dine and relax. Not sure about the prices but they have fun sports like Pickle Ball, Billiards and mini Golf to play.”
“The Manila Bay reclamation has made this place lost its charm. There's a desolate atmosphere of the place and customers are few and between. Hopefully, Seascape Village returns to it's former popularity. Will feel bad if it gets closed.”
“The process of selecting your seafood was a bit stressful since the vendors are very aggressive to get your business. They also try to sell you everything so make sure you know what you want before you go. Once you pick your seafood, it was only a matter of choosing how you want it prepared. Even picking a restaurant was overwhelming. In the end, everything was good and prepared to our expectation. I highly recommend going.”
