“We visited Serene Spa in the Old Quarter and chose the full body deep muscle massage along with a hair wash and body scrub. The therapist was genuinely kind and very polite, which made the experience comfortable from the start. The receptionist also deserves a mention. He was helpful, welcoming, and explained everything clearly. The ambiance is where the spa really stands out. It’s calm, clean, and well maintained, with a relaxing atmosphere that feels more refined than many places around. That said, the massage technique itself was fairly standard. It was good, but not noticeably different from other deep tissue massages we’ve had in Hanoi. One thing to keep in mind is the price. It’s a bit more expensive compared to other massage options nearby, and given the overall experience, it didn’t feel particularly special or unique for the cost. There was nothing that truly set it apart beyond the ambiance and service. Overall, it’s a nice spa with friendly staff and a pleasant environment. You can take a look at their massage menu and decide if it feels worth it for you, especially if you value atmosphere as much as the treatment itself.”

“I had a really good experience at Serene Spa. The place is clean, well-organised, and professional from start to finish. It was also easy to request a male masseur, which I appreciated. Tommy was excellent—strong hands, great technique, and very attentive. I had a deep tissue massage, a coffee body scrub, and a facial massage, all done to a high standard. He even helped take some photos, which was a nice touch. Bonnie did my nails. The cut was good, but the polish application could be improved as it looked a bit uneven. Overall, a very positive experience and I would highly recommend this spa.”
