“Overall quality is poor especially hygiene. There is multiple occurrence where the hygiene is being questionable. Tiny cockroach in the pile of enoki, fly in buffet and table, and when reporting they don’t even take out the fish that has fly sit on it quite a while. Not to mention that I visit during lunch hour which meant that the restaurant has just opened for brief hours, but the veggie are showing aging and starting to wilt. Nescafe machine’s cafe is not working properly and black coffee came out looks like water from sewer. Staff don’t do anything for the customer who cut the queue line for cashier, bear in mind that I has wait close to 10 mins to wait for the customer who was in front of me either chatting or handling the customer inquiry/ complaint, and was definitely not happy when other customer came up and cutting the line where she knew I was on the line waiting for cashier, the cashier non apologetic attitude is another thing. I’m regular customer who visit almost every month if not more often, but this might my last considering the hygiene of it. The staff doesn’t bother to check on the buffet area and were busy chit chat on their own, and barely any staff waiting the table giving that the restaurant is quite at the time, it may show business wasn’t going very well as lunch time but it’s fairly quite during my visit.”

“Had an absolutely wonderful time dining at Shaburi & Kintan Buffet in Trans Mall Denpasar. From the moment we stepped in, the atmosphere felt inviting and lively. We opted for the grill buffet, and honestly, the entire experience of cooking your own meat to perfection adds such a fun, interactive twist to dining. Watching the marinated beef and chicken sear beautifully on the hot grill, hearing that satisfying sizzle, and then tasting the smoky, juicy flavors…. its pure joy!! The staff were also incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure our plates were cleared. If you’re in Bali and craving an interactive, go to this Japanese BBQ experience!”
