The owner and chef opened this restaurant in Bangkok, a city full of good food, to show the world how wonderful Japanese food was, according to his staff. Perhaps, he’d hope the customers could have a splendid time with his food, which is an art for all the senses, not only the taste. I suppose he is trying something new with Japanese food by mixing sushi and charcoal grill.”

“I previously visited "Sho ShowRoom," a hidden yakitori restaurant located in an alley a short walk from Thonglor Station. Every dish was carefully prepared and elegant. ✨ The chef's choice yakitori was exquisite, with the savory aroma of charcoal and the juicy flavor of the meat. Every skewer was a surprise. Their tableware and presentation were also carefully considered, creating a luxurious experience that felt like savoring a story. The restaurant's calm atmosphere makes it the perfect spot for anniversaries or special dinners. 🌉 I decided to write a review because I'd love to visit again.”
