“Stopped by Sipply Specialty Coffee and was seriously impressed. I had an espresso shot and the Cloudy Coconut Latte, and both were absolutely amazing. The espresso was smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced with no bitterness. The Cloudy Coconut Latte was easily one of the best coffee drinks I’ve had creamy, refreshing, and the coconut flavour complemented the coffee beautifully without overpowering it. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the service was friendly and efficient. If you’re a coffee lover visiting Ho Chi Minh City, this place is definitely worth a stop. “Nhi and Loc’s brewing skills are really something here. They can really cook up some great filter coffee. And their recommendations are very specific, knowledgeable and their service is also wonderful. They have a wide selection of beans here as well, great for various coffee lovers and types of brews like cold brew, filtered or espresso, etc. you can buy the beans here too. This place is located on the 2nd floor, and it’s through an alleyway inbetween buildings on Google Maps. Very easy to find don’t worry You can also pay by card here! Easy breezy”

“Cool place with a hidden entrance. I like that they care about the coffee making process and their beans. They have a station where you can smell the beans, nice! You can sit at the bar and enjoy while they make your brew and explain what they do. Nhi, the barista, did an excellent job making my coffee with care. Thanks. I'd recommend.”
