What people say

“This is a big shopping mall in Manila. Lots of levels and shops to choose from. Uniqlo, Muji, along with other international brands and the biggest IKEA, etc. Lots of parking spots say 5000 spots. Easy to get public and Grab to come here. Giant food court with lots of choices along with individual restaurants. High ceiling making the place super grant and spacious… they also have done Philippines brands and shops as well like Kultura for Philippines souvenirs etc. If it is hot outside or rainy, just stay here for the day, chill and stay out of the weather elements. Highly recommended!”
“The biggest mall in Asia does live up to its name as well as the hype! It is an amazing shopping complex that offers so many fun things to do including a giant ice skating rink, a dessert museum for the sweet lovers, and fun park for kids, a “Goo and slime” play park, even a sky park on the rooftop that is well manicured and maintained. And of course not to mention the countless amounts of shops from high end designer shops, to coffee shops, food options… too many to name in one review. Word of advise, go during the week as it gets too crowded during the weekend. I went on Sunday at 10 am opening time but by noon the place was packed! By 2 pm it was crazy chaotic. The mall is so big that it is literally impossible to visit the whole thing in one visit. Next time I will get myself a map of the mall as it can get confusing and I did get lost trying to find things. One word about the bathrooms, they are so well kept, clean and they do offer toilet paper! Love this mall and I highly recommend it as a day activity when in Manila .”
“The mall is huge, with a lot of cool brands and food choices. A lot of restaurants scattered around with infinite options for dining in and shopping. They have a big arena where they hosted a basketball tournament and it was so cool. I liked also the Christmas decorations all over the mall and the huge Christmas tree and pretty theme they created this year. Not to mention the wide variety of local and international coffeeshops and desserts. Also the beauty salons and the massage services and everything related to spa and wellbeing. And if you are interested with souvenirs, they have a big shop for that named “kultura” that you should visit. They have many playgrounds for kids.”
“Massive, with just about every shop under the sun. Accessibility is a bit limited, despite housing a bus interchange it isn’t connected to the LRT/MRT, but is easily accessible via Grab. Houses an amusement park along the Bayfront which is worth a visit at night!”
“SM Mall of Asia is one of the most impressive shopping destinations I visited during my October 2025 trip to Manila. The sheer size of the mall is striking, offering an immense variety of stores, entertainment and dining options. I was particularly impressed by the presence of collectible and specialty stores, including one dedicated to Bandai Namco, which added a unique touch to the experience. As with many malls in Manila, the Christmas season was already in full effect, with extensive decorations and themed music creating a festive and immersive atmosphere throughout the complex. Compared to smaller malls, the price competitiveness here is noticeably better, and with some patience it is possible to find high quality products at reasonable prices. One of the most appealing features is the outdoor promenade that offers panoramic views, although unfortunately the weather during my visit was rainy, making the experience less comfortable. Even so, the view remained impressive. If I return to Manila, this is definitely a mall I would like to revisit with more time to fully enjoy everything it has to offer.”
