Soft music was playing in the background, which created a really pleasant atmosphere. It’s a bit on the higher end price-wise — around 200k per dish — but definitely worth it. 🙏🏼🇻🇳”

“We had dinner here on Christmas day and it was warm enough to sit outside. The view from the terrace is great. We both ordered vegetarian meals and I enjoyed mine I think better than my partner did hers! It was very flavourful. More expensive than other places in Hanoi but still very good. Staff were really helpful and friendly, all spoke very good English, really welcoming without being pushy. Would recommend.”

With great food, perfectly poured beer, and a breathtaking rooftop view, **Solar Sky Bar** delivers on every front. “We visited Solar Sky Bar in Hanoi and had a very enjoyable time. It’s a good rooftop bar with a relaxed atmosphere and nice city views, ideal for a pre-dinner or late evening drink. We tried the O My and Aviation cocktails, both well made and nicely balanced. Service was friendly and efficient, and the overall vibe was calm yet stylish. A solid rooftop option if you’re looking for good cocktails and a pleasant setting above the city.”

“Last evening in Hanoi so we decide to get a view of the city at sunset and enjoy a cocktail and some dinner at a near by rooftop bar. This one seems to be one of the higher ones with a spectacular view of the city. We were lucky enough to have the clouds break up so that we could witness the sun setting of over the city. That being said you pay for the view. This was one of the most expensive places we visited that didn’t have a Michelin star. The cocktails were great and quite boozy, the food was decent enough but nothing to rave about, the service was good, Long, one of the staff, was very friendly, and created a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Worth visiting for a cocktail and the view but expect to pay US prices.”
