“Definitely a top spot for views. My partner kindly treated me to this location for my birthday and it didn't disappoint. Service was top notch, food was great. Topped off with the live singer singing HB. As you can see from the photos, sunset on a good day is amazing. Soft shell crab baos well seasoned and very tasty. Fries with truffle sauce also very good.”

“Nice but super expensive and exclusive. The plate of the miso soup they serve is mini especially for the price. I mean don't get me wrong the view and location is beautiful but the prices are too high compared to other roof top bars with an similar or even better view.”

“Nov 2025 This is the sky bar at the tip of the beak of the penguin tower (aka Vattanac capitol). Drink: There is a free snack (toasted potato) to enjoy with the drink (I like this one. It’s delicious and khmer style as well). I drink mocktails. I forgot what name,but it involves orange. The orange has a taste and smell of a not-fresh orange (you know, when you keep it for a long time and there is a smell) which makes the whole drink not that pleasure.You can check the menu beforehand on rosewoodhotels website. Service: They are friendly, and fast. Atmosphere: It’s at the top of the building already, so of course it's a fresh, wide view of beautiful Phnom Penh City. There’s also an indoor table with a luxury design, privacy and wide view as well. Note: there is a differ entrance from the building. You have to enter through the Rosewood gate. And tell the staff, they will help guide you. There is a dress code: smart and casual, which is understandable.”

“Our friends recommended this beautiful Rooftop bar at Rosewood hotel for tasty drinks and an amazing view. The service was amazing. We really enjoyed sitting inside and also outside. We had awesome weather so the night we were there was breezy and cool. Not humid at all. However, I found the bartender inside was what we enjoyed for service more. She was knowledgeable and could explain in detail about their drinks and could even do special requests. We really had a great time and I wish we went sooner to do their All you can drink packages.”
