“went out to listen to live music. the lady was out of tune multiple times although the other musician who plays the piano can sing too (way better). atmosphere was a bin weird upon entering - so many GRO. Ladies seated on most tables. Prices of drinks maybe pricey and must pay in cash. Short change.”

“It was early evening when I had dinner, accompanied by a glass of wine. As the band started playing, the singer asked if anyone had song requests, and I made a few suggestions while giving them a generous tip. After that, I tipped the waitresses multiple times throughout the evening. When I left, the server—who seemed to be a manager or owner—also requested a tip, and I provided one. However, I noticed that the bill was not itemized, which made it difficult to see the prices for each item. Additionally, the change I received was not accurate. I don't mind giving extra tips for good service, but they were trying to confuse me into paying more than necessary. My experience at the bar in Malate, Manila, was neither bad nor particularly enjoyable. Since this was my first and only visit to a bar in this area, I understand that not every bar is the same. However, I can't enthusiastically recommend this one. The live music was merely okay.”
