“Had such a wonderful experience at Spirit Stretch! The studio is clean, beautifully maintained, and very well organised. I also appreciate that there are locker rooms available for both men and women, which makes the whole visit convenient and comfortable. The atmosphere was incredibly immersive and peaceful — at one point during the session, the background visuals felt like being underwater with whales swimming by. It created such a calming and almost therapeutic vibe that elevated the entire practice. I joined an upper body and shoulder stretch session and it was both fun and effective. The flow was well-paced, and I left feeling lighter, more open, and refreshed. Definitely a place I’ll be visiting again 🌟”
