“A clean and modern building, with helpful and efficient staff - who speak great English. I had an issue with my eye, so headed to the Ophthalmologic clinic (Floor 6) and visited early on a Monday morning. I waited around 1.5 hours on arrival to see a specialist who diagnosed the issue straight away, and recommended the relevant medicine and drops needed. Had a follow-up appointment a few days later to check-in. All reasonably priced as well. Thank you for your service and support!”

“If bad, I say so. If good, I also say something. Since my cardiac infraction and stent I have been treated by Sriphat cardiologist Dr. Lalita Youngsmith. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with her -- and I am not discounting for Thailand. With 4 doctors in my family and a close friend in the cardiac division of Mayo Clinic in the US (ranked #1 in the US for cardiology), I can say without reservation that Dr. Lalita is world class. She has been treating me since my infarction in January 2026 and my recovery statistics are world class. My friend at Mayo confirms that Dr. Lalita is working at the leading edge of the science, the results have been sensational. My EF has moved from 45 at the time of the heart attack to 67 around 5 months later. Yes, I have modified my diet and I exercise daily -- swimming is great for this type of problem -- but Dr. Lalita has been an integral part of my recovery. You can travel to Mayo at great time and financial expense, but you will not get better care. Dr. Lalita at Sriphat in Chiang Mai is the best! And she is a nice person, also!!”

“I had a major operation here a few years back which I was very pleased with and I'm about to have another major operation in the coming month, so I'm obviously very pleased with Sriphat medical centre. It is pretty new, spotlessly clean and very efficiently run. I can think of none better in many parts of the world. All the staff I've been in contact with here have been very helpful. They cope very well with the English language and dealing with different cultures. I saw in one review that some people thought that the reviews are manipulated??!! I guess this is because they are so good but this place is SO GOOD!”

“The nurses and staff were kind and attentive. I only waited about 30 mins before being seen, and once I was assigned to a bed, they took great care of me. My asthma was strongly triggered due to the burning season and they provided me with a nebulizer treatment, an x ray, and an upgraded asthma pump / inhaler. I suggest coming here if you’re in Chiang Mai . The cost was very reasonable as well ✅”

“Just need Doppler ultrasound for my legs. They made me see a doctor first, fine. The doctor never examined my limbs that I complained about. He just glanced quickly and told me they weren't swollen (yes, it was) and then requested pictures. I'm sitting there, you don't need pictures, you need to examine my real limb. Then when it came time to pay, they showed me one price that I agreed to. I followed to the cashier to pay and now the price is higher without explanation. They said I must also pay for a follow-up with the doctor, which I didn't want because I only wanted the ultrasound. The price was much higher than I expected. The ultrasound actually takes place at a different location, it was good service to take us there. The technician was very good and took his time to ensure he assessed my problem areas and told me the result. They gave me a CD with images. When I returned for the followup, I waited 90 minutes before I finally left. The nurses and staff are all very friendly and helpful, and the building is comfortable and clean.”
