This is a centrally located air conditioned gym with just the right amount of equipment to floor space a super nice community 9f friendly people and staff that literally never stop cleaning. Honestly if you want an aerobic program just do everything the women cleaning do they’re doing ladder climbs and duck walks to get under treadmills and heavy lifting mop buckets and they’re the most in shape people in the room. They do not stop working and their kind. Owner and family seem nice as well. Day price is 145 baht, a month is 900 I think? Such great value for the kind mamasan run tip top experience in Pattaya. Thank you.”

“This gym closes at midnight but the air conditioning stops at 11:00 p.m. because I think they're trying to save money that's there's not too many people there at night secondly there's a lot of equipment to train every part of your body the washrooms are clean the staff is nice there's also plenty of free parking for both motorcycle and car just drive a bit West because you're in the night market same mall did you need to walk up some stairs so some handicapped people may have problem going one time cost 140 Thai baht which is not bad”

“I love this place. $1090 Baht a month or 9k for the year. The staff are on the ball about maintaining their equipment. They also expanded the adjacent room and turned it into stretching area and added even more cardio machines. Free weights goes up to 70 kilos each. This is not for a professional power lifter. It's great for everyone else. 5/5 Stars.”
