“Terminal 21 Pattaya is one of the biggest shopping malls in Pattaya. It is located on Pattaya Sai Song Road and is very easy to access by taxi or baht bus. I visited in the evening, and it was a little crowded. There is a food court area in front of the shopping mall with many food options at reasonable prices. The mall is designed with different country-themed sections such as Paris, London, and Italy, which makes it very beautiful and unique. The decorations are amazing, and you can find many luxury items including bags and watches. There are also nice photo spots available on the ground floor. Overall, it’s a great place to visit in Pattaya.”

“Terminal 21 Pattaya is one of the most stylish malls in the city! Each floor is themed after famous world cities — from Paris to Tokyo — making it super fun to explore and great for photos. The design details are impressive, though some of the coolest photo spots are near the washrooms, so it can be tricky to take pictures with all the foot traffic. The Pier 21 food court is a must-visit — super clean, great variety, and very affordable. Payment is done with a prepaid card system that’s easy and convenient. Highly recommend the pineapple rice and avocado smoothie with honey — both were delicious! 🍍🥑 There are plenty of branded outlets offering good discounts, and the mall has elevators and clean facilities throughout. A perfect mix of shopping, food, and photo ops — totally worth a visit while in Pattaya!”

“As a tourist, I’ve visited this mall many times. I really love the concept because you can actually take great photos here thanks to its cute and well thought out design. They have the cheapest food court ever, plus a Gentlewoman store, which in my opinion is a must buy souvenir. You’ll also find one of my favorite Thai dessert cafés, After You, where you can get the cutest shaved ice (bingsu/kakigori) along with the fluffiest and creamiest butter buns. Pro tip: leave the bun at room temperature for about an hour for the softest and fluffiest texture before consuming. Overall, it’s a well sized shopping mall with tons of stores and pretty much everything you could possibly need. They even have a money changer and the cutest bathrooms I’ve ever seen in a shopping mall, complete with high tech Japanese toilets.”

“I really love the concept of Terminal 21! It might not be the biggest mall I’ve ever visited, but it is absolutely packed with stores and energy. ​The airport theme is so cool—they’ve designed each floor to look like a different country (Tokyo, London, Italy, etc.), and they even have the gate signs and 'terminals' to match. It feels like you’re traveling the world just by taking the escalators. ​It gets pretty busy, but that just adds to the vibe. There are tons of shops to explore on every level, and the attention to detail is amazing. Definitely one of the most fun shopping experiences I’ve had!”
