“I do not recommend this hospital. I came in because something had bitten me and blood was running down my leg. I wanted a proper examination to understand what had happened, how serious it was, and whether anything was still left in the wound. Instead, the wound was simply cleaned with antiseptic and covered with a bandage. No real effort was made to identify what caused the injury, no proper examination was performed, and no meaningful explanation was provided. Then came the bill: more than 4,500 baht. The invoice included a doctor fee, emergency room nursing fee, OPD service fee, plus charges for gloves, bandages, antiseptic, saline solution, and other supplies. It felt as if every possible item and service had been added to maximize the bill. I understand that private hospitals charge more, but this felt less like healthcare and more like a money extraction scheme. Charging over 4,500 baht for what was essentially cleaning a wound and applying a bandage is outrageous.3300 from 4600 - just service charges The most disappointing part is that when you come in worried and needing medical help, you trust that you’re being treated as a patient. Instead, I left feeling like I was being treated as a tourist to be overcharged. If your insurance does not cover 100% of the cost, I strongly recommend avoiding this hospital. In my experience, the quality of care was nowhere near the price charged, and the entire process felt like an overpriced rip-off designed to squeeze as much money as possible out of patients.”

The staff was incredibly kind and we truly felt comfortable there. Since I had to stay for two nights, I was a bit worried at first, but the rooms were great, the food was really good, and the staff was super friendly. “My partner has had emergency surgery here following two breaks in her leg. She was very looked after from start to finish. The surgeon was exceptional and she is very happy with the outcome . The scaring is very neat and they have cleaned the wound well every day. My hospital room was better than some hotels i have stayed in. The food was great quality and full of nutrients to help me recover fast. Last but not least the staff throughout the hospital were so friendly and kind. I was in very safe hands and felt comfortable in such a scary experience not being in my home country for my first surgery. Thank you from us both couldn’t have asked for anything more really from the bottom of our hearts.”
