Hanna was my therapist and she truly did an incredible job as my body had been feeling exhausted lately due to the constant travelling and the session I took with her was truly worth it after all this. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a very professional, clean and a splendid experience. I'm looking forward to coming here again.”

“I had a foot, shoulders and head treatment with Som. She did such a great job with my tense shoulders that I went back the next day for a 1 hour back massage and a facial. This woman has magic in her hands. She was really attentive to my body and any reaction I had during the treatment. She is a talented therapist and can only recommend her. Booking was super quick and easy. Smooth experience. Only down side is the karaoke place next door. If you are sensitive to external sounds during your massage, avoid the rooms at the back and ask to be closer to the reception desk.”

“The reception team was very welcoming even though I didn't book in advance. The next available appointment was 90 minutes later so I booked it and went for a wonderful meal at Malai Thai around the corner. The spa messaged me when they were ready and escorted me directly to the room when I arrived. I chose the Total Indulgence Package and was introduced to Grace and May. Grace took the lead with the body scrub and facial where May joined for the 4 hand massage. Both of their massage skills exceeded my expectations as I felt relaxed and comforted during this part of the session. The massage was just what I was looking for, a moment of peace and calm. As for complaints from prior reviews - the ladies did talk during the massage and that was fine with me. Their voices were pleasant and their giggles made me smile. This added to my experience and enjoyment. And the karaoke club became loud about 15 minutes after the session started. Grace was apologetic and offered to change rooms (twice) but I was already settled onto the massage table so I just dealt with it. Sometimes I would tap my hands or move my feet to the beat which made the ladies laugh. Mostly I chose to focus on their wonderful skills and ignore what I could not control. Hopefully the owners of the spa, club, and building can join together to soundproof the walls so that future customers won't be bothered by the noise. Overall, Thai Paradise Spa deserve 5 stars for how they made me feel - welcomed, comfortable, and relaxed. That's always more than enough for me.”
