Nurse Sania was an angel from beginning to end. She allowed me to keep my phone with me in the surgery room so I could message my sons before going under, giving me peace of mind and emotional comfort. After the procedure, she welcomed my son into the recovery area to sit with me — a gesture that meant so much. She even helped us order the best mie goreng in Bali before we went home — I mean, who does that? This team does.
