I fully trusted her expertise and really enjoyed the treatments. Highly recommend her for color!!! I felt pampered and beautiful. Loved the banana leaf mask and banana leaves as substitute for foiling…much more sustainable, unique, and fun! My hair looks healthy, natural, and better than I could imagine. She also recommended and had quality aftercare products available to keep my highlights from fading or discoloring, so I purchased those as well. I am so grateful I found this place and they were able to fit me in for an appointment while I was traveling in Bali! 10 stars!!!”

“As it’s not easy to find a good hair salon in Bali, I decided to reach out to Gardezan when I was feeling really frustrated with my hair — the length, the texture, the damage… everything. The salon told me Ahmet was available. Since it was my first time with him, I was a little nervous, but he turned out to be amazing. He really listened to all my concerns, gave thoughtful recommendations without being pushy, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. I ended up with the most amazing haircut, and for the first time in a long while, I actually feel happy and confident with my hair again. “I had the best experience at this salon. Unfortunately, my previous hairdresser had completely messed up my first balayage, which is why I was looking for someone who truly knew what they were doing. My originally planned hairdresser in Canggu cancelled on me on the same day, and by pure chance I came across this studio. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with open arms, and they even had time for a walk-in appointment. They took so much time to really understand what I wanted. Piccolino, and shortly after also the owner Riccardo, carefully listened to my wishes and concerns. I felt very comfortable and in the best hands, as the consultation was excellent. Since I had never experimented with hair colour before, I was quite anxious about having another bad experience. I am incredibly grateful that I found this salon. The result was absolutely perfect — 10/10 — and everyone working there was genuinely kind and professional, and funny. Thank you so much!!”

“I’ve been living in Bali for nine years, and honestly, I rarely get haircuts here because I never trust anyone with my hair. My hair is very thin—both the strands and the texture—so getting volume has always been a challenge. Every time I asked other salons for volume, it never met my expectations. But today I went to Gardezan and met Riccardo… and wow. He was amazing. He explained what to do, how to style my hair, and he delivered exactly what I’ve been wanting for years. I finally have volume. I asked for waves, told him I trusted him with my life, and he truly delivered. And the best part? Even after one hour, the curls were still there. Plus, earlier I had already spent 15 minutes on the motorbike, and the curls didn’t fall flat at all—they didn’t go straight like they usually do with other salons. “I had a really disappointing experience with my blowout here. I showed a clear reference photo of a voluminous, curled blowout, but what I got was almost flat and nearly straight. It looked nothing like what I asked for. I have long, thick hair (which I was charged accordingly for), so I expected the stylist to know how to handle it properly but that clearly wasn’t the case. Even my bangs were done poorly they didn’t sit right at all. I asked him to redo it, but he still couldn’t achieve the look I wanted. And i kept telling hom to see how flat my hair was but he didnt care at all. The only “volume” was in a few front pieces near the sideburns, and even those fell flat almost immediately. I specifically mentioned that I wanted curls and something that would last, but he insisted that what he did was a “blowout.” If that was the case, he should have clarified that upfront when I showed my reference, instead of agreeing and then delivering something completely different. My roots still had a wave and were damp with frizz. This is what happens when you DO NOT section thick hair right. It is time consuming but worth it if done right which it clearly was not here On top of that, the service felt rushed because he had another client waiting. Initially, the manager said they didn’t have space, but then suddenly they did which just added to the disorganized and unprofessional experience. Overall, it felt like they didn’t know how to work with long, thick hair and were more focused on rushing through clients than actually delivering quality service. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for a proper blowout. I'm attaching picture for reference. (A nicely done blowout lasts for days on me and i get them done all the time)”
