“One of the most memorable dining experiences I’ve had. The Monkey Gallery Dining completely exceeded my expectations. Every dish was incredibly creative, beautifully presented, and full of flavors I had never experienced before. The tasting menu feels like a culinary journey where each plate tells a story. The balance of flavors, textures, and presentation is simply outstanding. The staff was exceptional—professional, attentive, and passionate about explaining every dish and ingredient. They truly elevate the whole experience. This restaurant easily made it into my top 5 dining experiences in the world. Everything was flawless from start to finish. If you’re visiting Ho Chi Minh City and enjoy fine dining, this place is an absolute must. Worth every minute and every bite.”

“I love love love this place. And the monkeys!! Dare I say, favorite restaurant on Earth? I have tried 2 different magical ticket menus and both have been the 100/10 amazing meals and experiences. Most recently, I had the chi mo rua magical ticket menu served by the lovely Flora. Every single course was delicious, fun, and a new take on loved central Vietnamese ingredients and dishes. Atmosphere is quiet, super intimate, and I love the open kitchen where you can see the talented chefs hard at work. Service is 10/10 too. Shout out again to our lovely server Flora who was super friendly. We celebrated our anniversary here and got a little surprise at the end which was so cute. Absolutely amazing place and definitely worth the price. 100/100 no comments”

“Had an unforgettable chefs experience dinner at The Monkey Gallery Dining hosted by Flora and the crew. The menu was 11 courses with 2-3 additional surprises and every single course was delicious. My highlights were the broccolini with honey, tiger prawn, squid, rabbit and mushroom, both entrees being the Salmon and Lamb, and finally the Thai basil ice cream with cashew. The menu flowed wonderfully and it really was a fun experience all around, I will be back to try what Chef has to offer next time!”
