“I had such a great experience! My manicurist - Nancy was incredibly attentive and really took the time to understand what I like. She helped me choose a color that suits my personality perfectly—something I wouldn’t have picked on my own but ended up loving. I also had an ingrown toenail issue, and I was honestly worried about the pain—but with the manicurist - Kitty assigned to me, the whole process was so gentle and comfortable. I barely felt any discomfort at all. Really impressed with her skill and care. Highly recommend!”

“It was a last minute booking that I did. Paid $226 for this, the nail extension is obviously crooked, only came to realised after I left the shop… we wanted to do the nail art but we changed to the basic one as the nail tech have another booking after us.. overall experience, not great, definitely not worth the cost - not sure if it was a rush job or what, but the finishing and all, was not great and the most apparent part… is obvious from the photo.”

“Pleased to know Nancy is transferred back to the Serangoon my village outlet. She used to be my nail technician before she was transferred to the Great World City outlet. Nonetheless I have been going to my village outlet since 2019 , all the nail technicians are good and friendly, they get the job done. There are 2 technicians that left because they gave birth and chose to be full time mum . However the new technicians are equally good so I never felt any differences with service levels and continue to go there for my pedicure , manicure and leg spa services. My hubby and 3 year old go there too to get their pedicure done and they both love it. Look for Joyce , Nancy and Kitty if you wish to try out their services!”

“I’m honestly shocked and extremely disappointed by my most recent visit to the Nail Artistry. As a regular customer who has always had good experiences across the 3 outlets, I did not expect such poor quality or lack of professionalism. I came in with clear reference photos (attached below) but what I got was a complete mess. The design looked nothing like the reference — the foil was clumsily placed, the brush strokes were inconsistent and streaky, and some nails looked like they didn’t belong to the same set. It looked rushed, unpolished, and embarrassingly amateur. I’ve always trusted this salon, but this experience completely broke my trust. I would not recommend this place if you’re looking for precision and quality. Extremely disappointed and frustrated. I’ve since requested a full refund and removal, and am currently awaiting the salon’s response. Update on 2 May: Management took my feedback seriously - they voided my bill and offered nail removal on the very next day.”
