“Architectural Masterpiece... or Ghost Town? 🏙️👻🏗️ Okay, I have a love-hate relationship with this place. Let's start with the love: Visually? This building is a STUNNER. 🤩 As a fan of modern architecture, I am obsessed with the design and the tech. It looks like something from the future! 🚀 BUT... (and it's a big but): What on earth is going on here?! 🤷‍♂️ I visited two years ago, and I came back hoping it would finally be buzzing with life... but sadly, it still feels like a commercially abandoned spaceship. Here is the "Real Talk" 🗣️: The Potential: It’s in a super central location and those skywalks connecting to the street are brilliant. 🌉 It should be the heartbeat of the city. The Reality: Instead, it feels empty, hollow, and totally wasted. 📉 It is honestly tragic to see such a magnificent investment sitting there doing nothing. It’s like owning a brand new Ferrari and leaving it to gather dust in the garage. 🏎️💨💤 To the Developers/City: Wake this giant up! 📢 This city deserves to see this building fully alive and thriving. I’ll keep coming back because I love the structure, and I really hope my next update will be about how busy it is! Come on, make it happen! 🤞🇺🇸”

“The mall seems to be in a dying state. There are only very few shops, and most are closed. There is too much empty space. It has got a long escalator to transport you past several floors. There is a food court on the top floor, but again, there are only a few open.”

“Shopping mall and city development? Yeah it's big, super big, but it's super quiet with hardly much activity. Save yourself the trouble of dropping by for the shopping experience, unless you want to come in to enjoy the free aircon, or with either Starbucks or Brown Coffee (the latest edition), there isn't much to shout about.”

“Save yourself the trip and any lingering hope you have for a decent shopping experience. The Olympia Mall is less of a shopping destination and more of a monument to failed commerce. Walking through its halls is a profoundly depressing experience. The most striking feature is the silence, broken only by the echo of your own footsteps. "Most of the shops are not in operation" is a generous understatement. The term "food court" is a cruel joke. You'll find a miserable collection of 3-4 food stalls, offering what I can only describe as the absolute bare minimum in sustenance. The atmosphere is lifeless, and the emptiness is deafening. It is not worth the time, the effort, or the fuel to get there. Do not be fooled by its name or its exterior. Steer clear.”
