The team worked carefully and took their time, making sure everything was done gently and without damaging the hair. The salon itself is clean, stylish and very well organized. If you’re looking for keratin treatments or high-quality keratin products, this is definitely a great place — they have a wide selection and clearly know what they’re doing. “Booked an appointment last minute and they were able to accomodate my husband and I on short notice which was great. I had booked the Japanese head spa package. At the start they examine your hair and scalp and the lady was very knowledgeable about all things hair and scalp care, she recommended some different treatments that would be beneficial for my hair/scalp after examining it. They were add ons however compared to pricing in Aus, they were very affordable so I opted for them. Ria the spa therapist I had was amazing, her hands were very soft and she informed me along the way of what she was going to be doing next. She was very gentle and always checked with me on whether the pressure was okay or the temperature of water was okay. She was lovely and I enjoyed my experience with her immensely. Highly recommend. They also offer a basic blow dry afterwards or you can pay for extra styling. I paid for a wavy hairstyle and the stylist I had was also very accomodating and friendly. Overall very happy with my experience. Thank you”
