“I pinned this restaurant a year ago but only just had the chance to try it this morning. Initially, I wanted to have a dim sum buffet for brunch, but I didn’t think I could eat that much, so I ordered à la carte instead. I loved the deep-fried taro- and OMG, it was sooo good! I also had the har gow and crab & prawn dumplings; they were all good. The last dish was garlic & pepper duck with rice and a fried egg, which I took home for lunch. The hospitality was amazing, the owner (I assume) even poured me the tea himself and made me feel very welcome. I’m certainly coming back with my family for Beijing duck next time!”

They serve a wide variety of dishes from dim sum, Peking duck, roast duck, crispy pork, BBQ pork, and wok-fried dishes to even some Thai à la carte options. I really liked the wok dishes and dim sum. The roast duck and crispy pork were okay -I’ve had better elsewhere, but still not bad. Price is reasonable, and service was good.”

Ordered their roast duck and crispy pork rice — the kind that hits with that perfect balance of smoky, savory crunch — along with a fish maw and crab meat soup that was rich, silky, and comforting. 😋😋😋 Washed it all down with an ice-cold fizzy lemonade that cut through Bangkok’s heat like a small miracle.😍 Whenever I travel, I try to eat where the locals eat — because that’s where you find the soul of the city.”

“An absolute hidden gem. The stir-fried dishes are executed perfectly with consistent quality and authentic wok flavor. A must-try menu is the Stir-fried Green Beans with Chili and Salt (ถั่วแขกคั่วพริกเกลือ)—it’s incredibly flavorful! The service is great and the food is delicious. I’m honestly surprised why the rating is so low; it definitely deserves much better!”
