“The salon itself is beautiful and the staff were very welcoming. Miguel’s assistants specifically Michael and the rest of the team were friendly and attentive, which helped make the visit pleasant. However, the salon is quite pricey and for the amount I paid, I was expecting a bit more personal attention from Miguel. It took a long time to get this appointment and I was really looking forward to meeting him, so I was a little disappointed. I expected him to be more personable and engaging during the appointment, but he seemed somewhat reserved and not as enthusiastic as I had anticipated. That said, the color and cut turned out well, so I’m happy with the final result. I do receive similar results from my stylist in the States, so I was hoping the overall experience here would stand out a bit more given the reputation and cost. Overall, the salon team was lovely and professional. If I return in the future, I may consider booking with one of the master stylists to try a different experience.”

“Not happy customer 😢I went to Threema Salon in GH Mall in Greenhills, San Juan. The people are welcoming and the junior stylist are very friendly so no complain on that. However, the outcome of the hair color is way far from the hair inspo. In the beginning of the consultation they agreed that the inspo that I requested is not complicated to do and achievable with my hair condition. During the procedure, I noticed that the senior stylist did not pay much attention to the color inspo that I presented because she only had a glance of it in the picture and asked me to show the color peg only right after she did the mixing of the color so I think she made a mistake in getting the right color mix. I am not expecting to have exact result but at least the closest possible to choco brown base with dimension of light choco brown highlights as I requested but it turned out to be subtle black base with ash yellow as the highlights. (Very far) promise. This is frustrating because the price is really expensive 🤑🤑🤑 but I did not get what I paid for. Unhappy customer 😢”

“I got a layered haircut and I liked it at first, but over time i noticed a big difference in my hair i only asked for layers because o originally had long and thick hair. However, the result made my hair look very thin, which I didn’t like. I can accept having shorter hair, but I’m not happy that it looks so much thinner now. The staff were very accommodating, and the place was clean and well-maintained. The service itself was good, but the result of my haircut was what disappointed me.”

“Finally achieved my husband’s dream. He always wanted me to have this hair and other salons just cant do it, they said my hair is too black so it always ended up in a different shade. I had my hair done in some other salons in Manila, Korea and Us, but only threema did it. So happy with the result with my stylist Anjo and assistant (forgot her name). My husband said that my hair looks so much healthier than the previous treatments that I did before. It only took 6hours which is not bad really. The staff are very accommodating too. It’s a bit far from me but i definitely did a good decision coming here.”
